Data Centers are large structures that house IT infrastructure, often covering several acres of land. With the emergence of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI), data centers are rapidly growing and expanding threatening environmental resources, including air, land, and water.  Loudoun County, Virginia holds the greatest concentration of data centers in the world and as a result, is experiencing tremendous threats to energy, environmental and community public health.
