Public hearings scheduled on proposed PFAS monitoring, minimization rules (Wilmington)

The North Carolina Environmental Management Commission is holding public hearings to receive public comment on proposed rules for monitoring and minimizing three PFAS, or per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, in wastewater discharged into North Carolina’s surface waters.
This event will be on Thursday, April 23rd. Sign in and speaker registration begins at 5 pm and the public hearing begins at 6 pm.
