Fight Creepy Cameras: Organizing Against ALPRs in North Carolina Virtual Town Hall

- How to use ACLU resources to organize against ALPRs in your community.
Automatic license plate reader (ALPR) cameras allow law enforcement agencies to track people’s movements in real time without a warrant, probable cause, or even a reasonable suspicion of wrongdoing. This kind of mass surveillance puts our civil rights and civil liberties at risk.
