Rockingham City Council Public Hearing: Proposed Data Center

Attend: The city council approved holding a public hearing for a conditional rezoning request for a proposed data center at 316 Old Cheraw Highway by Terra Nexus Land Fund I LLC. The company purchased the property in June, submitted a request to rezone the property from high-density residential to conditional light industrial. The hearing will take place September 8 • 6:30PM-7:30PM at Rockingham Municipal Office (514 Rockingham Rd, Rockingham, NC 28379).
