Public Hearing for Stamey Farm Rd Data Center

Information about the project and hearing: NC DE’s Division of Water Resources (DWR) is reviewing Compass Datacenters, Inc.’s application for a 401 Water Quality Certification to determine whether the massive data center campus would meet water quality standards and if it has effectively avoided or minimized impacts to streams and wetlands. They are proposing 5 single-story buildings (about 270,000 square feet each) with an on-site substation.
When: Monday, September 28 at 6pm. Registration for speaking begins at 5:30pm.
