PACK THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS’ CHAMBERS TO STOP DATA CENTERS IN DURHAM! for the final and hearing and vote, August 24th • 7PM, 200 E. Main St, Durham, NC. Demand a countywide data center moratorium without loopholes! JOIN THE RALLY AT 6PM! 

Public comment will be allowed during the agenda item. You must sign up between 6:30 and 7pm if you are speaking in person. If you are joining virtually and wish to give public comment, you must submit you full name and address via email or telephone to the Clerk to the Board at clerk@dconc.gov or 919-560-0025. These submissions must be completed by 2 p.m. on Sunday, August 23rd. We suggest using “Public Comment 8/24” as the subject line, though they don’t specify this.
