Jalileh Garcia Cornell

Jalileh is a Honduran-American human rights and environmental justice advocate who is committed to centering community autonomy. She holds a BA in Human Rights from Columbia University and a MSc in Nature, Society, and Environmental Governance from the University of Oxford. She has worked closely with grassroots movements in Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, and has been active in promoting transterritorial solidarity across Central America and the United States.
