Data Center Moratorium Congressional Meeting Training

Data Centers are creating real problems for communities, from rising energy bills and strains on local water usage to noise and pollution. These harms are why people around the country are calling for a moratorium on data centers until we have federal laws in place to protect communities from these systemic harms.

The tech industry is pushing hard to expand data centers and we need our Representatives and Senators in DC to oppose these efforts and support a moratorium on data centers.

Co-hosted by Anthropocene Alliance, Center for Progressive Reform, Food & Water Watch, Southeast Climate and Energy Network, this training we will give you the tools and skills to coordinate a local district meeting with your federal policy makers so you can educate them about harms data centers are having on your community and why we need them to stand up for our communities and not the tech industry.
