A night of poetry to celebrate the launch of ‘Tales from Beneath the Watermelon Sky’, a newly-published poetry book about Palestine and social justice, by local poets and comrades! It will be a night of poetry readings from the book and of Palestinian poetry, as well as some music, sweets, and overall commemoration of poetry as resistance! TICKETS ARE $25 MINIMUM- YOU WILL GET A SIGNED COPY OF THE POETRY BOOK WITH YOUR PURCHASE!
