Organizing Meeting: No Data Centers in East Charlotte

American Tower Corporation, a multibillion dollar real estate firm, wants to build a 50,000 square foot data center in East Charlotte, home to a large portion of our immigrant community. If built, it will impact the community’s utility bills and have catastrophic environmental impacts. All across the country, communities are organizing to stop data centers from being built. Recently, residents in Matthews stopped a proposed data center—we can do the same!
