2023 NCEJN Mini Fund
NCEJN Community Members and Friends,
We are excited to share that we are opening applications for our NCEJN 2023 Minifund grants. It has been a continuing legacy of NCEJN to support communities through advocacy, litigation support, training in organizing, and diverse networking. Through the minifund NCEJN is regranting funding to community groups and organizations as part of our commitment to sowing seeds for transformative power.
Funding from the minifund is unrestricted and community groups working on environmental justice issues are invited to apply. NCEJN is open to receiving grant applications from within the state as well as national and international applications that tie to issues in North Carolina. 501c3 or nonprofit status is not required for grant eligibility.
A total of $40,000 is available at this time. Application requests should be for a minimum of $5,000 but should not exceed $20,000. Applications will open on Friday, October 20th and close at 11:59 pm on Friday, December 1st. Organizations may complete the grant application online through the NCEJN website or submit responses via video to minifund@ncejn.org.
We look forward to learning about the work you are doing to move justice forward. If you have questions about this application or the grant please contact us at minifund@ncejn.org.
In Gratitude and Solidarity,
